Counsellors (Day and Residential)
Post-graduates in M.A. Psychology/ Clinical psychology or Master’s in Social Work with experience in similar areas of mental health are invited to apply. Knowledge of the 12-Steps Program and empathy for addicts is an asset. Knowledge of Indian languages, apart from English, would be preferred. Recovering addicts with a minimum of 1 year’s clean time are also encouraged.
Post-graduates in Management with experience in related/hospital industry with at least 2 years’ experience.
Persons with great initiative, negotiation skills, sound financial insight, managerial skills to lead and support our new projects.
Candidates will be required to take care of all therapeutic and administrative functions of the centres. Work entails monitoring of the clients’ progress, medical management; counselling inputs for the clients and their families, smooth functioning of all aspects of the centre and coordination with other Centre Heads and the management.
Candidates with at least 1 year experience in collection and collation of data. Will be required to work on bio-psycho-socio aspects of addiction and liaise with other organizations.

Candidates will be guided in the early stages of recovery, and phased into a career in addiction counselling with adequate training and hands-on experience.

At the end of completing the internship, one is awarded a certificate of completion along with merit based on individual’s attendance, conduct and involvement.
Levels of internship:
Level 1- For Undergraduate students in final year, on compulsory rotation
Level 2- For Postgraduate students on compulsory rotation
Level 3- For Mental health professionals
Each level of internship has different requirements.
