Mr. Luther is the founder director of Hope Trust, Hyderabad.

He is considered one of the leading authorities on addictions in India.

He has over two decades experience in treatment of substance abuse and related fields.

He lectures on the subject of addiction at various places worldwide, has published articles in
various journals and appears on TV/ radio in India and abroad.

He has been bestowed with several awards and recognitions, including the Rotary
International Award for outstanding work.

Other than an addiction therapist and 12 steps counsellor, he takes care of new projects and
expansions.

Ms. Luther is a Masters in Psychology, certified ICAP I (International Certified Addiction Professional) along with being a post-graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. She is also a certified psychometric testing professional.

She is trained in Professionals in Residence Training from Hazelden, USA and with Terence Gorski on Denial management.

She has more than 30 years of experience in hospitals and administration with over 20 years in addiction therapy. She is also an Advanced Member of ISSUP. She holds a diploma in Art Therapy, a life member of the National HRD Network, and frequently conducts webinars, gives talks on addiction and related subjects at educational institutions, public gatherings and interacts with the media in India and abroad.

Ms. Luther oversees all operations and projects of Hope Trust. Her area of expertise is family therapy, training and community services.

Dr Prasad works exclusively in the field of addiction medicine and family counselling since over a decade.

Currently works as program lead of the addiction clinic at Hope Trust, a globally renowned institute for mental health and addiction treatment. He focusses primarily on medical counselling, comprehensive denial management, relapse prevention and recovery guidance.

Further, he is also interested in dual diagnosis – management and therapeutic guidance with coping skills for ongoing life process (substance Abuse/co-occurring disorders/mental health issues).

He also deals with intervention services in family counselling along with the team in assessment and planning.

Lakshmi has been practicing in the field of counselling for the last 3 years. She has been dealing with clients of ages ranging from adolescents and young adults to older adults.

Ms. Lakshmi has experience and can deal with various psychological issues like Mood disturbances, stress and anxiety, interpersonal conflicts and relationship problems, behavioural issues, sleep disturbances.

She follows an electric approach to therapy and integrates techniques of Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Gestalt therapy, Person centered therapy, Family therapy and various other techniques which are tailored to suit the needs of her clients.

Mrs.Srividya holds an MBA degree in Finance and HR from Osmania University.

She has over 14 years of experience in the field of finance. She has been with Hope Trust since 2012 and handles the Administration and Accounts of the organisation.

She is a hardworking and dedicated resource who strongly believes in corporate growth.

Shruti is a psychology graduate and a Positive Psychology Practitioner and Coach.

She has completed certification courses in Family Therapy, Couple Therapy, Queer Therapy, Fears and Phobias, etc. She firmly believes in Inclusion and aims to be a Queer Affirmative Therapist

She handles the Training Department at Hope Trust and oversees the interns, planning workshops, webinars, seminars and on-site events.

Outside work, she has multiple hobbies, such as reading, pottery, designing, and painting.

She believes in a holistic approach to learning and growth and tries to practice the same individually and in her training.

Naina is a psychology graduate pursuing her Masters in Clinical Psychology.

She is enthusiastic and creative and aims to present everything aesthetically. She harbours a passion for making creatives and marketing and does a great job combining it with her knowledge of psychology.

She has been with Hope Trust for the past four months and manages social media.

Mr Lakshman has been with Hope Trust since 2002 and is an integral part of the Administration Team.

He is the front office assistant responsible for the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.

He is one of the most hardworking and committed members of the team.
