CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND REFUND POLICY<\/u><\/h3>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY:<\/u><\/h3>\n

If patient cancelling at least 12 hours before <\/strong>the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a 50% refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cancellation less than 12 hours will not be eligible for a refund<\/u><\/strong>. If the consultant cancels a session, the patient will be refunded the entire amount paid, (or appointment rescheduled for a mutually convenient time) irrespective of when the consultant has canceled.<\/p>\n

For rescheduling the appointment, the clients can coordinate with Hope Trust. Rescheduling for the specific appointment is only allowed once, after which the appointment stands canceled.<\/p>\n

EXCEPTIONS:<\/u><\/h3>\n

In case of emergencies or unique circumstances, the organization can allow a refund as per their discretion.<\/p>\n

NO-SHOW POLICY FOR APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS:<\/u><\/h3>\n

An appointment will be considered a no-show <\/strong>if the patient does not join the session link (in case of an online session) within 15 minutes <\/strong>of the agreed start time and no refunds.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT POLICY:<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All sessions are strictly pre-paid<\/strong>. Sessions are confirmed only if payment is completed in advance.<\/p>\n

OFFICE TIMINGS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note that our office hours are 9 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Saturday <\/strong>only (Excluding Sundays and gazette holidays). Any communication outside of office hours (patient cancellation, rescheduling) will be addressed during the next day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
